We started with bone-in buffalo wings, and the mango habanero sauce was so good. It had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. We also got the spicy pub fries, which OMG. If you love truffle and garlic, these were sooo flavorful. I love a good shoestring fry! For our entrees, we got steak nachos and the steak dip which were both awesome. The steak dip comes on a yummy, cheesy crusty toast, and the chimichurri sauce was sooooo good, I could've drank it. The steak was cooked perfectly and was so tender. Our server Kayla was super attentive, and chef Al came out to check on us and was so nice! Definitely coming back soon. ”

“ I just learned about this place! It's a hidden little gem inside DoubleTree Hotel in San Bernardino. Very inviting and modern look to the inside. It was very clean. Went during dinner service and the place was jumping. Service was on point, were greeted immediately and seated. Drink menu was very creative and read delicious! We decided to have the Argentinian Grass Fed Ribeye, that is 14oz by the way. The server said the steaks are Sous vide, so that made me even more interested! Delicious medium rare, so much placid and so tender! My wife had the spaghetti bolognese, she keeps raving! A great experience, awesome find, we will be back!!! Can't wait to go back and try the banana fosters split! ”

“ I had a great experience at this restaurant/bar. I was visiting the area and wanted to kill some time before my 7pm flight. I searched up "cocktails" on Yelp and The Cutting Board popped up. Little did I know this place was actually located inside of a hotel. Victoria (the bartender) gave stellar customer service. She made awesome drinks and recommended great food choices for dinner (Ribeye steak). She made my go-to cocktails: "cosmopolitan" and "lemon drop martini" & both tasted great. Not too sweet, but also not too alcoholy-tasting. I saw her make another cocktail and it looked super tasty so I ordered that too. It was vodka paired with grapefruit/pear and it was sooo tasty. Its was well balanced, and I couldn't even taste the alcohol. The manager (Lyndsey/Lindsey??) at the establishment also made me feel very welcome. He was conversational, but not overbearing/ too chatty or too forceful. I'd definitely come back. The drinks/food/hospitality made it a 10/10 ”

“ Great happy hour at The Cutting Board. I found a new favorite beer only offered in CA. The bar staff recommended Common Space Dunkel beer as a substitute for Guinness. Fantastic dark California beer, and very nice bar located within the Doubletree Hotel. ”
